Facilities Engineer
Job Description:
- Responsible for all plant engineering activities
- Responsible for new construction bids including documentation and tracking
- Collaborate routinely with Maintenance and Engineering within the scope of projects
- Design and implement new plant layouts and re-arrangements of facilities. You will also be responsible for
quotes and purchasing equipment/materials as required
- Project and manage engineering change programs as they occur
- Specify, quote, purchase equipment/materials as required
- Comply with Corporate policies and procedures
- Comply with local, State, and Federal rules and regulations. Also comply with the terms of the local and
National agreements
- Implements Safety and good housekeeping standards and maintain departmental budget within guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 2-5 years work experience within a high volume-machining environment
- Working knowledge of manufacturing/assembly processes and business-related computer systems
- MS Word/Excel
- Oral communication
