Welcoming Elie Dagher, Associate Vice-President of Project Management, to the Comtech Team

Our leadership team continues to grow as Comtech expands our existing lines of business, and we move into new business both locally and geographically.
We are therefore pleased to announce that Elie Dagher will be joining Comtech on January 7, 2019, in the new role of Associate Vice-President of Project Management, reporting to Charles Wheeler.
Elie joins us with extensive experience at AECOM/URS in project management, engineering, and civil construction. He has also implemented infrastructure projects utilizing DB, DBB and P3/AFP procurement models. Elie was located in Los Angeles while with AECOM, undertaking a Business Leadership Development Program. Before that, he was the Project Manager of the Ottawa Stage 2 LRT Program responsible for the Confederation Line West extension project.
Elie is a certified Project Manager who holds a Master of Business Administration from both Cornell University and Queen’s University, and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
Elie will split his time between Toronto and Los Angeles, with leadership roles in both locations in our Transit and Infrastructure business. Elie will lead Comtech’s entry into the Los Angeles consulting market by focusing on the large rapid transit infrastructure projects being implemented by LA Metro and supporting Comtech’s expanding project portfolio in other markets.
